Omnidea-RTG GmbH is a German SME, created in 2014 to acquire the Space division of RTG Aero-Hydraulic, an acquisition completed in April of the same year, allowing the continuation of RTG's work in Space, whose heritage dates back to 1973.

Located in the Bremen area, Omnidea-RTG supplies satellite chemical propulsion components as well as connected services such as complete propulsion sub-system assembly, integration and testing (AIT).
